Internships
Recently started my Communication internship in an event company-Jazzmates Production
We do all kinds of events, from what I observe mostly are annual dinners and launching
luckily there are few events in August
If we dont have events, I have to stay in office to do internet marketing
super boring!
but I do know how to entertain myself
my boss usually dont come in so early
so I can sign in msn and also surf the net haha!
There are some similarities between my psychology and communication internship
1. Both of my supervisors are female
Both of them wear specs too haha! Psychology supervisor, Janet. She's a lovely lady, probably is because she's a counselor hehe! She never fail to give me encouragement and validation. yes! I need validation badly or not I won't know whether Im doing well or not since Im working alone.
As for Communication supervisor, May. To date, she's still quite nice and friendly except for the fact that she's not paying me for working in the office =_="
2. I have to work alone!
I got no colleagues!!! sad right? Travel, eat and work alone =( You know how sien is it when it comes to lunch time? You dont know what and where to eat. You walk around that area alone, seeing people eating happily with their colleagues. Sigh~
3. Both require me to travel
Especially for Psychology internship, I have to travel to Brickfields, Imbi and Subang. Now Subang center has to close down for a while, but still travelling is a torture. Squeezing with humans in the train is fine, but spending time waiting for train is tiring. Imagine I have to travel 3 hours earlier to work? I get out of the house at 7.30am and come home at 9pm. *faint*
Sorry I just have to rant about how tiring is travelling
I know I cant do anything about it
so let me rant it out here so I can feel better haha!
Out of the sudden, I have the urge to meet up with friends
be it to yam cha, window shopping or movie
probably because I dont want to feel I am alone anymore?
Well, have to start arranging for it hehe!
Some of you may be confuse why these few days seeing me signing in two msn accounts
The peachgirl_105 is my old account which I gave it to my mum for the time being
It will be more convenient for my mum and me to chat in msn than email
So, you all can delete the peachgirl_105 that account
I will not be using it anymore. thanks =)
Anyway, dont know why these few days I cant sign in my msn
I have to use web messenger =(
is it just me or others are facing the same problem?
