It is located at Dongdaemun. The restaurant name explains what it serves, one whole chicken boiled in a basin of soup together with a tray containing a scissor, a tong, a small plate of grated garlic, one dish each of kimchi and Korean rice cake. The soup was then heated up on a built-in table stove.  The waitress will help you in cutting the chicken to pieces when is cooked. What you get in the soup is: One whole chicken Meat broth Cabbage kimchi One potato, peeled and sliced (may order extra if is not enough) You can order rice cake or noodle to be added in the soup, or else it will be quite plain with just chicken and potato. Korean chili paste, mustard, white vinegar and soy sauce were prepared on the table. The waitress taught us to mix all of the above and it goes really well with the chicken! You read the title right, I'm the chef in the making *cough cough* I tried cooking last month to cut down my expenses as I was jobless.  These are the food I tried cooking. Simple ones of course, whether is tasty is subjective lol! One thing for sure, food poisoning and burning down the kitchen cases did not happen :)) Favourite Korean glass noodle with tuna. Yummy!  Kimchi! <3 Had been having lunch alone for the past week. I'm still thinking should I cook my lunch in the morning before work. Too lazy to wake up earlier just to COOK. A lot of cleaning to do :(  Well, just an idea that lazy me 90% won't be doing it lol!

Thebf was the emcee for Street Nation anniversary party at IOI Boulevard. I followed him because I'm meeting Joanne at Puchong.  He did sound check and off we go for lunch. Lazy to walk around so we settled at Kissaten coffee and restaurant. Was a good choice! Like the environment. Clean and spacious. Unlike some restaurants, the distance with the next table is so close as if we know each other lol! Thebf ordered pizza and I had spaghetti. Salmon pizza Salted pork spaghetti Although I still prefer the food at Capriciossa Pasta & Pizza at Sunway Pyramid, but Kissaten worth the visit too :)  Had fun meeting up with Joanne. Finally paid her house a visit and gets to chill for a while. We just talk and talk and talk non-stop on EVERYTHING! Went out with her friends for dinner, fun people but I was too quiet. I need to improve in creating topics when I meet new people. I tend to be super quiet because I don't know what to talk about especially with guys. Cars? Fo...

Two weeks ago met up with Joanne at Sunway Pyramid. I felt like it has been years since we last met because we were both busy with work. She's still busy at work but managed to squeeze some time for me :)  We both felt is really time to meet up and hmm...rant or rather have a motivating talk haha! It was really an inspiring and motivating conversation we had for...3 - 4 hours. I don't know, but this is what happens every time we meet. We were like a chatterbox, talk non-stop. Considering we are not childhood friends nor we know each other for 10 years or so.  We met each other a year ago in a company. Yes, we were colleagues and been through ups and downs lol! We didn't talk to each other at first, but when we do, it just couldn't stop XD  I love and appreciate our friendship :) Okay, enough said about Joanne she will cry reading this HAHAHA! At this point, I realise I didn't take picture with her that day *smack forehead* Too busy ranting about life pfftt! Sh...

Holla! I'm back to blog. Not that you all miss me because I bet nobody comes here anymore *big sigh* Well, the reason I'm back partly is because I feel the need to set goals to achieve because I find that I have been slacking and have not achieve anything in life wtf. You know the feeling of being a loser? I mean not that I'm a loser but not achieving something in life, the loser feeling just...stay on. So I start from little things, sucha as blogging, gym and Korean language. Please nag if I stop doing any of these, just nag will do :p Back to the topic, Mom's Birthday! Very back-dated post. It was in March, brought her to Bubba Gump because Thefather and her haven't been there before. Thefather was shocked when he saw the prawns served on "newspaper". We see that coming so we explained. Need to bring them out more often hehe!  Thefather and Birthday girl :) Mom is a sucker for chocolate and ice cream. Haagen Daz is the solution :) ...

Wanted to give other korean restaurants a try but always ended up at Daorae. All because we are lazy bums :p This time we went to the Sri Petaling branch. Over-ordered AGAIN =___________=" An overview of our food :) I can have this for months with a bowl of white rice lol! FYI this is free, we didn't order this. Thebf likes this, is some sort of thin pancake :) Is a must to order at least 2 types of BBQ dishes, we wanted to have only 1 but in order not to forego BBQ meat we ordered 2 types and yeah we couldn't finish our food :( Greedy greedy...  Pork - Before  After :)   Lamb - Before After :) Love love love this XD Us  Satisfied and over-eat me  Then Thebf wanted to window shop at The Gardens, but we ended up at Red Box lol! Rabbit me sings k for free! XD It was a fun day and this prove that we don't have to celebrate V-day on a particular day but we can still have fun :)

To me, is just another day. I don't know since when I don't like to celebrate Valentine. Is a day where price of everything goes sky high, so not worth it! This year's Valentine falls during CNY so I spend my Valentine's day with the dancers :) We thought of eating at Tao's buffet, then to pot luck at studio, ended up at Monte's at Klang. Waited like 30 - 50 minutes or so for 3 pots of green tea  The restaurant was packed hence we waited for one and a half hour for our food. Honestly, was starving :( Well, for good food. Luckily is worth the wait.  Lobster   Prawn + Lamb Salmon spaghetti Grilled Lamb Fenny recently started joining our outtings. She's really cute and has a sense of humor :) Guys & girls, next outting should be Tao's buffet? ^_^
